SHIPPING RATES

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates depend on the destination, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose.

 1. Domestic Shipping (Within France & Monaco):

  • Point Relais: Starting at 3.99€, delivery in 2-4 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Starting at 5.99€, delivery in 2-3 business days. 
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over 80€ (Point Relais Shipping only).

2. International Shipping: 

We also deliver to countries across Europe and beyond. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Europe (EU): Starting at 12.99€, delivery in 4-7 business days.
  • International (Outside EU): Starting at 17.99€, delivery in 4-7 business days.
  • International (Outside Europe): Starting at 20.99€, delivery in 7-14 business days.
  • DOM/TOM: Starting at 18.99€, delivery in 5-12 business days
  • DOM/TOM ECO: Starting at 14.99€, delivery in 27-30 business days

Note: Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight and size of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase during checkout.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We work with trusted courier services to ensure that your order reaches you on time. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days for domestic orders, 2-14 business days for international orders.
  • ECO DOM/TOM Shipping: 27-30 business days for DOM/TOM orders.
  • DOM/TOM Shipping: 7-10 business days for DOM/TOM orders.

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances (such as holidays or weather disruptions). We will always notify you if there is any delay.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website to stay updated on its status.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility.
